3. Bank Transfer If you would like to pay directly from your bank account to ours, let us know, and Ecuador Volunteer will send you the necessary information to complete a bank wire transfer. 4. Western Union Western Union is a safe and popular way to send money over long distances. To pay through Western Union, email us for the information you need to send the payment. Once sent, be sure to send us the transfer reference code for the transaction.
Payment Policies Volunteers are required to make their non-refundable deposit (the Registration & Support Fees) at least 30 days before their arrival in Ecuador. This deposit will not be refunded if the volunteer chooses to cancel his/her volunteer program for any reason. Once volunteers pay their project fees in full, Ecuador Volunteer operates according to the following refund policy: Cancellation prior to arrival=50% refund Cancellation before half-point of program=25% refund Cancellation after half-point of program= 0% refund
