How to apply

If you are interested in applying to one of our projects, you will need to follow the these steps:

Before you arrive to Ecuador:

1. Chose the project in which you would like to participate so that we can send you more information.
2. Please fill out our online application form located in the following link: Online Application Form or download the application form, fill out the entire form and send it to us by fax. The fax number is: (593-2) 2564488.

3. Send your Curriculum Vitae (Resume)
4. Obtain a volunteer visa 12-VII if you’re staying in Ecuador for more of 3 months.
5. Obtain travelers insurance. If you don’t have travelers insurance, we can help you obtain insurance that will cover you during the time that you are doing volunteer work with our organization.
6. Obtain a Police Record.
7. Send us your flight confirmation and itinerary.
8. Fax us your letter of consent

As soon as we recieve your application, a member of our organization will get in touch with you to help you organize all of the details of your trip and to assit you in choosing the program that will best suit your needs.

When you arrive in Ecuador:

1. Copy of passport
2. Two photographs
3. Copy of insurance documents
4. Copy of Police Record
5. Medical certificate
6. List of vaccinations
